Blog #5 Do you have to be friends with your co-workers?

I think that you don't have to be friends with your co-workers. You should just be able to get along with them. You might make friends with some co-workers but not all. You might not even want to be friends with co-workers. It might just depend on the personality of your co-workers. All in all you don't nessissarly have to be friends with your co-workers, it's your choice.

Blog #4 Explain what you think work ethics are or how they can be demonstrated

I think good work ethic is important in order to be a better worker in any type of job. A work ethic can be working hard to accomplish a task. Another one would be having a sense of responsibility. You can show good work ethic by simply doing what needs to be done or even going beyond that. Another way would be to show you are dedicated to your job. I believe everyone is capable of showing good work ethics.

Blog #3 What do I need to do for my goals to come true.

In order for my goals to come true I need to focus on what I really want. Once I do I have to do everything I can to prepare for it now. I can't let anything get in my way. I will have to over come any obstacles that get in the way of me reaching my goal. Working hard and staying positive will help me get to my goal. If I do all this and more I will reach my goal.

Blog #2 Writng As A Teen

Writing as a teenager is easy because we have many experiences we can write about. We have a lot on our mind that we can put on paper or type up. We might even write a letter to a friend on their birthday or something. Assignments on the other hand are hard to write because it may involve something we don’t enjoy. It can also have some requirements that are difficult. Overall writing as a teen can be pretty easy.

My Writing Challenges

One of the most difficult challenges I have is writing. I have trouble focusing on what I am suppose to write about. I sometimes have trouble finding the right words to use and I end up not making any sense. I also can't find enough to write about what I am writing. I plan on improving my writing. I'll improve it by reading and practicing.
